fill in the blanks

Think about space, escaping, hiding spaces, building a house on a moving object. thriving in departure zones like bus stations and airports. standing still in a dust storm or at the top of Martin Place. waiting watching. think about closing your eyes and imagine running so fast. you breathe fast, start gasping for air and you haven't moved a muscle. lying at the bottom of the pool and looking up through the water. diving. listening to your breath. closing your eyes.

then think about construction/fabrication/make up masks/costumes/houses.

games/ ladders/interiors/superfluous decoration and the definition of O.T.T . and imagine how much you can hide under that distraction, colourful beautiful creative mess.

may 2nd

I have always taken note of the date may 2, ever since 1994 at highschool during a maths lesson when i was writing the date down and paying as much attention to that as i would a turkey when i was fasting for a few weeks. heehehee hhaaaahaa! (sarcasm)

i still have nothing significant to attribute to that date. but it always gets a double take. and an air of nostagia and speculation.
leading me to today and documentation.

so following: i have posted a couple of paintings I am working on tonight. i am still not sure why i am bothering with this selection. but i am having a gorgeous time. there is Yiddish music on abc radio and I am burning rose incence (nostalgia; oh dear maybe old woman!!arggghh!) aand thoroughly enjoying some rosso connero vino! and coffee in a sake glass. reading anais nin and google-ing de botton.

constructed reality painting. this photograph reveals nothing!
